Extra thick, dairy-free banana & peanut butter milkshake

Banana milkshake

                • 1¬†1/2¬†frozen bananas, cut into slices (best if frozen when not quite ripe)
                • 1 moderately heaped dessert spoon of smooth peanut butter
                • 200-300ml Almond milk

Put all of the ingredients together in a blender and leave it on high until it’s completely smooth. For something richer still, it goes very well with chocolate flavouring mixed in too!
